This Privacy Policy explains how Good Metrics uses information in connection with Luna, an internal operational assistant developed for authorized Good Metrics workflows.
Google account access
Luna may connect to Google services only after an authorized user grants access through Google's OAuth authorization process. The permissions requested are limited to services and functionality required for approved Good Metrics workflows.
Depending on the functionality enabled by Good Metrics, these services may include Google Sheets and Gmail.
How Google data is used
Google user data accessed by Luna is used only to perform authorized Good Metrics functions. These functions may include reading or updating operational spreadsheets and, when specifically enabled and authorized, reading, preparing, or sending business email.
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling for advertising, or sale to third parties.
Data storage and security
Good Metrics limits access to connected Google services to authorized systems and users. Authentication credentials and authorization tokens are stored separately from public website content and are not published in this website or its public source repository.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data sharing
Good Metrics does not sell Google user data. Information is not shared with third parties except when necessary to provide an authorized service, comply with applicable law, protect security, or when the authorized user directs or permits such sharing.
Data retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for authorized operational purposes, legal obligations, security, and business recordkeeping. Access to Google services can be revoked through the applicable Google Account security settings.
Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of information associated with Luna may be submitted to Good Metrics using the contact information provided through the application or its OAuth consent information.
Limited use of Google user data
Good Metrics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Luna's approved functionality changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated revision date.
